Quickstart
Get up and running with your own personal parts ledger in under 5 minutes.
1. Sign up for an account
Navigate to the signup page to create your free account. Once authenticated, you will land on the Dashboard where your empty ledger awaits.
2. Add your first order
Head to Orders → Add manually and enter the vendor, order number, purchase date, total, and line items from your receipt.

Order details: Capture the vendor, order number, date, total, and current status.

Parts: Add the part numbers, names, quantities, and prices that belong to the order.

Ingestion rules: Review rules under Settings → Ingestion; they will apply once automated ingestion is enabled.
3. Check ingestion setup
Order ingestion is not enabled yet. You can still prepare the rules that will tag, route, or flag ingested orders later.
4. View your parts
Now head to the Parts section in the sidebar. You'll see your newly added parts neatly organized. You can click on any part to view its details, cost, and the associated order. Next time you need to return it, the order number is right there!
